The Programme


Every day you will sweat. You will likely get muddy. You will definitely get wet. And you will breathe. And that smartphone that’s surgically attached to your hand? That is going to take a small breather too.

A typical day....

  • Wake up at 8am (our wake-up call will be interesting…just wait)

  • Shot of freshly made juice to alkinise your system

  • 10 minute meditation session

  • 1 hour of high intensity interval training using body weight, TRX, and kettle bells.

  • We keep the gear you need for HIIT to a minimum as this is a MOBILE programme - you should be able to take it with you on ANY holiday. More. With. Less. We travel light because we move fast and often.

  • Break

  • Breakfast – farm fresh eggs, bacon, avocado, sautéed kale and spinach, bourbon glazed mushrooms, grilled asparagus, spicy chorizo. It’s our version of a high protein, vitamin packed NY-style brunch using all natural, wholesome local produce. Something else you fancy? Perhaps banana pancakes with a salted caramel sauce? Just let us know. We may stick a spoonful of protein in there but you won't even know it! 

  • Break

  • 1 hour of Power Vinyassa Yoga. This is not Yin or gentle stretching. Like the rest of our programme, it’s intense. Stretching properly will prevent injury.

  • Break

  • Grab your gear and packed lunches

  • 4 hours variation: paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, hiking and maybe even an obstacle course or two.

  • Sunset spot & sundowners. Wherever we go, we promise a WELL DESERVED SUNDOWNER.

  • Shower and change for dinner (jackets required).

  • One hour to check personal phones (if you must!)

  • 30 minute sports massage (optional)

  • Three-course delicious dinner at the house with a focus/quick chat on paleo nutrition and a short 5 minute talk on how the chemistry of your body and metabolism changes after 30, 40 and 50. 

  • 10 minute meditation session

  • Debrief on the day (10 minutes)

  • Sleep (you deserve it)

As we’ve hinted above, there will be the occasional ‘surprise challenge’ - both physical and mental. Take that last pub quiz you went on times five then blend with an obstacle course. You won’t know when or what.

We throw in a few curve balls to keep you on your toes!

What's the cost?

£500/day + VAT per person includes luxury accommodation for 3 nights in one of our portfolio of sumptuous boutique cottages and houses, breakfast and dinner cooked by our very talented chefs, sundowner drinks (carefully selected wine or craft beer), transportation on site, all gear and all training. Optional add ons include sports massage and bespoke corporate training/team building.
