Our locations are remote and that’s the point. 2.97 is a RETREAT from the city, a walk, run, climb and leap on the wild side. As a result, it may take a little while to get there. But we’ve thought through every detail so that transport is the easiest part of your 3 days.

All accommodation will have the 5 star quality you deserve after a long day - strong showers, sumptuous beds and roaring fires for those colder nights.

South Hams, Devon

South Devon is known for deep-green fields, hedgerows, narrow lanes, ancient woodland, sandy beaches and stunning coastal paths.

But listen up. We’re not here to relax and eat cream teas. We’re going to take full advantage of the area’s natural beauty - turning it into an assault course jammed with HIIT challenges.

Think paddle-boarding on the estuary, kayaking in the sea, and pounding up and down the coast path. But remember, after the pain, comes the pleasure – the sheer bliss of a relaxing even ing in a pretty cottage sampling some of the best produce the UK can muster. And maybe a pint or two.

The Cotswolds

Green rolling hills, honey-coloured stonework, thatched-roofed cottages, crooked old pubs with exposed beams and roaring fires. The Cotswolds is the essence of England - an image of peaceful, rural life that hasn’t changed in appearance for years (setting aside the celebs and Michelin Star restaurants). It’s the epitome of tranquillity.

Now, while we’re big fans of peace and quiet, we are going to make you sweat first. We’ll be driving you through this pastoral idyll, pushing you over hill and dale in kick-starting that fire you had 10 years ago.

But at the end of every trek, there’s a guaranteed sundowner - a pint in a quintessential old pub - before you tuck into a sumptuous, healthy dinner.

Wales

Heart-stopping mountains, surf-battered cliffs, raging rivers of icy water, weather that cannot be predicted Wales is wild, untouched and, at times, very remote. Hell, this is even where the SAS train.

We think Wales is the perfect spot for a 2.97 Retreat - ideal for kayaking the intense surf, scaling rocky ascents and leaping into freezing rivers. You are going to feel small and pushed to your limits but rest assured, beyond the pain, there are bonfires on beaches and scenery to take your breath away.

West Coast of Scotland

The West Coast of Scotland is one of the UK’s last true wildernesses - a place as empty of people and materialism as you could imagine. Things are big up here - the landscapes, the lochs, the skies - while the coastline is one of craggy cliffs and broad, never-ending sweeps of sand.

It couldn’t be better suited to a 2.97 Retreat. Scotland is going to make you work - whether it’s running on the beach, pounding the coast path, wild swimming in the bracing sea or paddle-boarding in the bays. The rewards will be as immense as the scenery - and just as unforgettable.

Dolomites, Italy

With its red-tinted peaks, wooden cabins and valleys of vines and orchards, the Dolomites are big on scenery. But they’re also where adrenaline junkies flock for serious thrills. Whether it’s trekking in the summer or base jumping and skiing in the winter, these mountains are where you take it to the max.

We won't make you base jump, but we will do some serious hiking, cycling and running in a breathtaking location, alongside some heart-hammering HIIT and limb-stretching yoga-– all the while drinking in deep- blue skies and magnificent mountainous peaks.

Greek Islands

Pine-scented forests, idyllic coves, crystal-clear water, sleepy, sun-bleached villages. And cliffs. Let’s not forget the cliffs. Because the Greek islands of the Ionian and Cyclades may be pretty, but you’re here to work.

We’re going to take you on an Odyssey (get it?) of your own, turning you into Greek warriors as you endure a punishing, yet deeply rewarding, schedule in a secluded island. But at the end of every day, we promise the ultimate sundowner – a magical taverna by the sea, and a feeling of intense satisfaction and inner calm.

Kerry, West Ireland

Kerry sure packs in the variety. With its deep-green fields, crumbling stone walls and long stretches of golden sand, you’d be forgiven for thinking it was soft and gentle. But the county has rugged scenery aplenty - craggy cliffs against which the surf pounds, foreboding peaks draped in cloud, bogs and moorland where the mist descends in minutes.

Perfect for a 2.97 Retreat, in short. You’ll see both sides of Kerry, feel those muscles burn as this ancient, tough terrain makes you work. But the reward will be all the sweeter - a pint or glass of something special as you rest those limbs by a roaring fire, before dinner feasting on Kerry’s amazing local produce.
