Our Ethos


Our retreats are about getting back the fitness level and energy you had 10 years ago. They’re a much-needed RETREAT from the environment and material things that feed your stress, to that persistent feeling that there aren’t enough hours in your day, that nothing is every enough. 2.97 is a break from the ‘stuff’ you think defines you.

It’s as simple as this: you can master your mind (how you react to stress) through intense movement and brief meditation.

We’ll ask you to do two things: (1) MOVE YOUR ARSE and (2) BREATHE (we’re talking breathing properly people, not the shallow stuff you’re doing right now). Do these two things correctly, and you’ll tap into that energy you had 10 years ago.

Our workout program is intense but sustainable. There are many ‘extreme' or 'primal' fitness regimes out on the market – from throwing a car tire around a room to climbing through a military designed obstacle course. But these programs can cause a high rate of injury in ages 35 and up. We’re not here to shout in your face until you box jump. You’re not a Kangaroo!

Make no mistake, YOU WILL BE PUSHED mentally and physically, but through a sustainable mobile (travel-wherever-you-go) program using gravity and body weight, HIIT, Kettle bells, TRX, Power Yoga, hiking, sea kayaking, canoeing, swimming, stand-up paddle-boarding (SUP), cycling, you name it.

Oh, and the food will knock your white cotton socks off. We specialise in healthy recipes and FOOD PRINCIPLES, that the busy professional can take anywhere they go. But make no mistake people - this is not rabbit food. It's not eat lettuce for 3 days. Come hungry. We will feed you. Added bonus our chef is so gorgeous you may just jump in the kitchen and start whisking something.
