We make you breathe so hard, you learn HOW to breathe again, how to get your shoulders down, how to MOVE, how to sit still (really still).

Why? Your 30s aren't as easy as you thought, are they... Maybe not even your 40s! You have stresses you didn’t anticipate (it was supposed to be easier!), a career that perhaps should have felt more fulfilling, family responsibilities (2 kids seemed like a good idea at the time!), crowded public transport….pressure to be too many things to too many people in too little time.

And you can’t stop staring at your smartphone, swiping, scrolling through the ether, but you’re just not sure how to pull your eyes away. What is this compulsion? This hypnosis? Then your body helpingly reminds you that you are not a spring chicken anymore. Your metabolism slows, you lose muscle, elasticity, gravity slaps you in the buttocks. And you just think, WTF? No wonder so many urban professionals walk around either anxious or depleted….or just walk straight to the pub. 

How you work out, what you eat, when you eat, how you manage stress….Your sweat, your fuel. All of it counts now. You’re older.

IT'S GAME TIME.


A 2.97 retreat is geared to RAISE YOUR GAME. It’s how you accomplish MORE with LESS time. Through intense workouts and an intro to meditation, you’ll gain a sense of fitness and mental clarity that is fleeting in city life. 

We’ve taken cues from TRX, HIIT, Crossfit and even Tough Mudder, given this baby wheels, and created a daily 6-hour movement program outdoors bespoke for the 30-40-50 something professional. Ever hang a TRX from a tree, or a rocky ledge? You're going to learn my friend.

THE BODY LEADS, THE MIND FOLLOWS.

We studied the latest medical, scholarly and corporate studies on smart phones and how they diminish concentration, attention span and focus, whilst increasing a level of anxiety. Excessive use of smartphones have now medically been linked to attention deficit and 'cyber life addiction'. So we mandate that you turn off your damn phone for 72 hours to kick start your brain.

MEDIA CLEANSE, DIGITAL DETOX

Based in breathtaking remote locations in the UK and Europe, our small-group (only 7 participants), boutique retreats offer a balanced blend of challenging fitness, outdoor fun, mud, sea and meditation. We keep the numbers of our retreats small because we want to cater to YOU. There’s a lot of faffing about with larger fitness programs (15+ participants) and the logistical headaches can bog down momentum and energy. We keep our group to seven so we can cover a LOT of territory.  You’ve been profiled before you arrive, and based on your fitness level, industry, age and personal goals, you’ll be with a group of peers that will push you. By day 3 you’ll gain a sense of health, calm and accomplishment that you haven’t felt in years. You'll feel like a damn gladiator.
